This is the second week I am doing this. Like I mentioned before, I started journaling through the many things in my life that I am grateful for. This week it’s health; for many of you that have been my subscribers for a while you know that I went through a cancer journey several year ago or almost 8 years ago to be exact. It’s easy to forget the joy, beauty and peace that comes with being healthy. In fact, I recall praying and hoping to be healthy again. I desired to feel healthy and not be stuck in a hospital bed. I have that now; I am healthy and I am thankful
Since my own cancer journey, I have continued to constantly be praying for the many people across the world that are sick especial those going through a familiar journey; cancer!
This week, our family is praying for a young man here in Texas. He just had brain surgery from brain cancer. Please remember him and his family in your prayer and of course the many whose names and exact health conditions we may not know. This young man is married with two little ones that I am very sure need as much prayer as they watch their daddy go through cancer.

Thank you for sharing your story. I am a breast cancer survivor. 2005 was my diagnosis, surgery, chemotherapy and radiation and continuous medicines. Praying for all who experience the cancer journey.
Thank you very much for sharing; cancer is such a hard illness despite what kind. Am glad that we lived to share our stories and encourage those that are going through the same. I never stop praying for cancer patients and their families.
I will be praying for the young man with brain cancer. I, too, am very grateful for the gift of health as I am a breast cancer survivor.

I just saw my doctor and she shared that her 13 year old daughter just celebrated her 10th anniversary from her liver cancer. Great rejoicing all around for the medical skill to save her and you from such a terrible disease.
