Naked soul;

birds-3536332_1920

In the middle of the night

When the world is lost in slumber

She’s awake!

Wrapped tight in her lover’s arms

She whispers all her fears;

“I am afraid of the future”

“I am afraid of death”

“I am afraid of the unknown”

“I am just afraid”

.

Him

Seeing through her “naked soul”

He gently kisses her trembling lips, holds her tighter

And re assures her;

“My love, I will be by your side when you face your fears.”

  1. My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:
    And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.
    John 10:27,28 (KJV)
