You need:
- 12oz fresh cranberries
- 1/3c water
- 1/4c tangerine juice(orange juice will do)
- 1/2c honey
- 1/4tsp cinnamon
- pinch of salt(optional)
How to:
In a medium pot, add all ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 13-15 min.
Mash the cranberries to preferred consistency.
