Roasted Mushroom Medley


You need

  • Mushrooms
  • Onions
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Sea salt
  • Black ground pepper
  • Turmeric
  • Smoked paprika
  • Olive oil

How to;

  • Wash, dry and slice mushrooms
  • Add olive oil, salt, pepper, turmeric and paprika. Roast for 30 minutes to evaporate the moisture from mushrooms.
  • Add onions and tomatoes and roast for 15 more minutes

Serve over pasta, rice or add to omelet.
