Ginger tea

You need

  • Filtered water
  • Knob of fresh ginger
  • Honey

How to

  1. In a clean pot, add water
  2. Wash and smash ginger knob(I use a rolling pin)
  3. Add ginger to water
  4. On medium heat, simmer the water/ginger mixture for about 20 minutes.
  5. Strain and add desired amount of honey or skip the honey altogether.

P.S. This tea is great for soothing belly aches.
