You need
- Filtered water
- Knob of fresh ginger
- Honey
How to
- In a clean pot, add water
- Wash and smash ginger knob(I use a rolling pin)
- Add ginger to water
- On medium heat, simmer the water/ginger mixture for about 20 minutes.
- Strain and add desired amount of honey or skip the honey altogether.
P.S. This tea is great for soothing belly aches.

Peppermint tea is also great. Have you tried mixing the two? Seems contradictory, a little zing with the calm. But works.
Wow… we use it for treating cold also by adding cloves and black pepper. And putting tea leaf and hint of sugar $ milk and boiling it.
