- Filtered water
- Knob of fresh ginger
- In a clean pot, add water
- Wash and smash ginger knob(I use a rolling pin)
- Add ginger to water
- On medium heat, simmer the water/ginger mixture for about 20 minutes.
- Strain and add desired amount of honey or skip the honey altogether.
P.S. This tea is great for soothing belly aches.
