You need;
- Whole pineapple
- Baby carrots
- Fresh turmeric
- Fresh ginger
How to;
- Wash all the above and peel the pineapple
- Dice the pineapple.
- Run through juicer or blend using a high speed blender.
- Chill for at least and hour.
