Redeemed from the curse of the law, let us live a pure life in thankfulness for what Christ has done for us.
Amen!
I still have not understood this fully. I believe Rudolf Steiner has written about this, but I have not read his work.
Since we have violated the law, we deserve to receive the law’s curse and God’s condemnation. But Christ bore the law’s curse in our place giving is peace with God. Christ hanging on the tree/cross was fulfilling the law’s requirement that a violeter be suspended from a tree not for His violation of the law but for ours. My reference is by Dr.RC Sproul who actually just went to be with the Lord last month. 🌹
Thank you for your reply on this, very appreciative. Food for thought.
