You Need
- 5 Cups filtered water
- 2 1/2 Cups quick oats
- 1/2 Tsp Sea Salt
- 1 Tsp Turmeric powder
- 2 Tsp Coconut oil
- 3-4 Tbsp raw unfiltered honey
How to
- Add the first 5 ingredients from above to a medium size pot and cook over medium heat until it comes to a boil.
- Lower the heat to medium/low and cook for 8-10 minutes stirring occasionally.
- Whisk in honey and serve.
P.S. Serve with fresh or frozen berries of choice and perhaps some seeds or nuts.

My grandma used to toss turmeric in literally every in her cooking. I was never too happy with that back then, but now I find myself walking in her shoes in that way. It is delicious though 😉. I love you my dearest sista 💝
