You need:
- Raw Beet (Washed not peeled)
- Fresh Ginger (Washed not peeled)
- Fresh Cut Pineapple (Peeled and cubed
- Celery (Washed and Trimmed)
- Cucumber (Washed not peeled)
- Juicer (We have had this for 4 years and have greatly enjoyed it)
How To:
Depending on how much you want to make, the amount can very. Cut every thing to a good size that will fit through your juicer.
P.S. This juice is good for liver cleansing and would be good at least once a week.
I heard that consuming beets can make your urine color turn red. Is it true ?
I’ve noticed a slight tint in my urine when I juice beets.
Probably it’s how your body reacts to beets. This may lead credence to what I heard about such a reaction to beet intake. Thanks for the input.
I’ve heard that carrot juice can cause an orange tint to skin. I’ve never experienced or noticed it.
I have seen some folks who do have an orange skin tint by eating carrots but as i had said earlier, it probably depends on how one’s
body reacts to certain foods. I eat carrots often and I don’t have that reaction either.
😂 We have been juicing beets for years and I have never noticed anything like that. Perhaps I need to be extra observant 🤔. Beets are a great addition to detox tonics. I enjoy them steamed as well.
I don’t dispute what you say but I guess it depends on how some folks react to certain foods they take. Beets definitely is a great food item nevertheless.
My sister has been trying out recipes like this. I will have to pass it on to her.
P.S. My mom LOVED beets raw and beet juice raw like it was candy, and she never had red urine. She was raised on it.
