Liver Tonic


You need:

  1. Raw Beet (Washed not peeled)
  2. Fresh Ginger (Washed not peeled)
  3. Fresh Cut Pineapple (Peeled and cubed
  4. Celery (Washed and Trimmed)
  5. Cucumber (Washed not peeled)
  6. Juicer (We have had this for 4 years and have greatly enjoyed it)

How To:

Depending on how much you want to make, the amount can very. Cut every thing to a good size that will fit through your juicer.

P.S. This juice is good for liver cleansing and would be good at least once a week.

      1. I have seen some folks who do have an orange skin tint by eating carrots but as i had said earlier, it probably depends on how one’s
        body reacts to certain foods. I eat carrots often and I don’t have that reaction either.

    1. ๐Ÿ˜‚ We have been juicing beets for years and I have never noticed anything like that. Perhaps I need to be extra observant ๐Ÿค”. Beets are a great addition to detox tonics. I enjoy them steamed as well.

      1. I don’t dispute what you say but I guess it depends on how some folks react to certain foods they take. Beets definitely is a great food item nevertheless.

    P.S. My mom LOVED beets raw and beet juice raw like it was candy, and she never had red urine. She was raised on it.
