U Need:
- 2 small heads of green cabbage (Shredded)
- 4 Rainbow colored carrots (peeled and cut thinly in half moons)
- 4 tbsp Raw Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- 1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp Avocado Oil
Mix all the above and Enjoy…
p.s. It keeps really well in the fridge for about a week.
I have not seen these carrots anywhere except in magazines and now on your blog. Where did you find them, or did you grow them? Do they taste any different?
We got them at our local health food store. They are really sweet and tender. Adding them to the slaw gives a sweet and salty thing.💝
