Healthy gut; Carrot & Cabbage Slaw.

U Need:

  • 2 small heads of green cabbage (Shredded)
  • 4 Rainbow colored carrots (peeled and cut thinly in half moons)
  • 4 tbsp Raw Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Avocado Oil

Mix all the above and Enjoy…

p.s. It keeps really well in the fridge for about a week.

  1. I have not seen these carrots anywhere except in magazines and now on your blog. Where did you find them, or did you grow them? Do they taste any different?
