Unfried refried beans.

You need

  • 1 c Navy beans
  • 1 c Anasazi beans
  • 1 c Black beans
  • Cilantro
  • Sea salt
  • Turmeric powder
  • Smoked paprika
  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil
  • Water to cover

Soak the 3 bean combo overnight​ and rinse the next morning before cooking.

Add filtered water to cover the beans.

I like to use a Crock-Pot but you can cook them in a stock pot on a stove top.

Cook until really soft.

Drain our any water remaining​ and mash with a potato masher.

Enjoy with rice, warm tortilla or as a dip.
