- 1 c Navy beans
- 1 c Anasazi beans
- 1 c Black beans
- Sea salt
- Turmeric powder
- Smoked paprika
- 2 Tbsp coconut oil
- Water to cover
Soak the 3 bean combo overnight and rinse the next morning before cooking.
Add filtered water to cover the beans.
I like to use a Crock-Pot but you can cook them in a stock pot on a stove top.
Cook until really soft.
Drain our any water remaining and mash with a potato masher.
Enjoy with rice, warm tortilla or as a dip.
