Sugar free waffles

  • 3 very ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. coconut milk
  • 1 Tbsp. coconut oil(melted)
  • 1/3 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Cinnamon & Ginger

Blend all the ingredients and you are ready to use for waffles or pancakes

  1. Sounds good! I’ll have to try these and let the kids lead the way cooking, since they’d probably enjoy mashing the bananas for these 🙂
