Today he turned 10

Today he must face the knife!

It’s circumcision season in our village

Today my brother becomes a man just like our forefathers

Today they test his bravery

Today they test his will

Today the elders separate men from boys

Today he must prove his manhood before the knife without a tear

Today my brother is turning into a man;A real man for it is our tradition!
