your hand in mine

Trust your hand in mine

Just put your hand in mine for it’s a place we can call home

With your hand in mine, let’s go places

With your hand in mine let’s have adventures

Let’s conquer the world!

With no care in the world, let’s face the hardest of times with your hand in mine

Let’s run, let’s walk, let’s run once again with your hand in mine

Let’s live this life with no worry for what’s next for we have no control over that with your hand in mine

Let’s dance to all the music we can, to our own tunes at our own pace with your hand in mine

The little we have will fill our hearts to the brim with your hand in mine

Our tears will become laughter for what do we have to lose? With your hand in mine?

Our fears we face with courage for there’s cheering right beside us with your hand in mine

We fail, fail once again but in the end we have won with your hand in mine

We tremble with joy, yet in sadness we should be sobbing but your hand is in mine

I find the words, I learn to speak out with courage because I have your hand in mine

I have a best friend, a companion, a lover, a cheer leader, a mentor just because I have your hand in mine

This chaotic place is filled with peace and tender calmness with your hand in mine

With yours; your hand in mine, we can take a path never traveled by any

Our hands together; yours in mine, we can live a life worth a fantasy for the rest of the world.

Your hand in mine can make history worth studying for generations to come.

Unanswered questions and doubts will be answered with your hand in mine

Promises will remain unbroken with your hand in mine
