Growing up in Uganda(East Africa), I didn’t hear much about Santa Claus/Saint Nicholas until my first Christmas in the USA. Despite the fact that I was amazed at the man with the big beard, red costume full of ho-hos, I became curious about the origin/history of it all. This history piece from ligoneer ministries explains Saint Nicholas really well for those who may be as curious as I was. Saint Nicholas was real and yes he was generous.
