I love cranberries,but most importantly i enjoy the health benefits that come with these little read pearls. Am ok with regular cranberry sauce in general but not the amount of sugar most recipes call for. Over the years though I have learned that I can easily cut down the sugar content in any recipe. So here we go;
You will need;
- 1cup cranberries
- 1 table spoon of honey
- Juice of one tangerine
- 1 teaspoon ginger juice
Blend everything and enjoy with any kind of meats or over mashed potatoes or just smoother over sour dough bread.
