Tangerine smoothie

We love tangerines and better yet, they are in season this time of the year. Despite the fact that it’s cold outside, we still do our smoothies.All you need for this yummy goodness is;

  • 1 tablespoon cocowhip
  • 3 cups unsweetened coconut milk
  • 3 ripe and frozen bananas
  • 3-4 peeled and frozen tangerines
  • 1 tablespoon flax oil

Add everything in a blender and blend on high for about 3-5 minutes. We went for the 5 minutes since we wanted it more milkshake like.
