Our Kitchen


  • 4 frozen bananas
  • 4 cups unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1/4cup good cocoa powder
  • 1 table spoon vanilla
  • 1 table spoon raw honey

Add every thing to the blender and blend on high speed for about 2 minutes.

I know it’s cold outside and you are thinking am crazy for wanting a smoothie. Truth is am a good Ugandan girl with an appetite for chocolate that still needs to be filled in every way I can. So when I have a bunch of frozen bananas in my freezer, am thinking…. desert and it better be chocolate and I don’t want to take time trying to bake(probably not a good idea with my expertise).

This smoothie turned out pretty good. And if you are a chocolate lover, you are simply in for a treat. This smoothie has a very simple but pure taste of what I would consider real chocolate.
