green smoothie(2 days)

DAY 1

  • Unsweetened coconut milk(as much or as little as you want)
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 2 cups frozen pineapple
  • lots of mixed greens(good bitter greens like arugula,kale or dandelion in the mix would be great)

blend to preferred consistency . At this point, i will go ahead and have myself a nice cup to start with then save the rest for my next day’s breakfast.
Fill up a shaker bottle or mason jar with the green smoothie and add 2 tablespoons of chia seeds. shake up well to mix, then refrigerate for the next day.
It’s real healthy, yummy and filling.
