Whole Wheat Coconut oil Waffle batter


  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup dark rye flour
  • 1 cup organic AP flour
  • 1 ¾ cups coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup virgin coconut oil(melted and cooled)
  • 1 tablespoon organic cane sugar
  • 2 teaspoons aluminum free baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon “Real salt” (mineral salt)
