Our Kitchen



  • 3 bananas(smashed)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4c plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4c avocado oil
  • 1cup cane sugar
  • 1/2tsp sea salt
  • 1c all purpose flour
  • 1/2c whole wheat flour
  • 1/2tsp baking soda
  • 1/4c hulled hemp seeds

Mix the first 4 ingredients, then mix the last 5 ingredients separately.
Combine both mixed and then portion into two loaf pans
Bake at 375 for 35-40 minutes
Serve warm or cold with a cup of coffee or tea 😉

P.S Lately i wouldn’t encourage all this sweet tooth baked goods but i will give a pass for this one. The hemp seeds just gives it a rich ,nutty but mild flavor.
