- 3 cups unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 ripe banana(peeled)
- 2 cups mixed greens(mine have spinach,chard and mustard)
- 1 cup frozen straw berries
- 1tbs avocado oil
With everything added to the blender, blend for about a minute or so or until perfect consistency of liking.
P.s my little girl called this the “bad girl pink smoothie”!….reason behind that?…….am still clueless:-)
