- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2tbs olive oil
- 1tsp sea salt
- 1tsp turmeric powder
- 1 big sprig fresh rosemary
- 8 clove buds
- 1tsp smoked paprika
Mix all the ingredients in a ziplock bag or bowl and add your chicken.
Let it sit for 5 to 48 hours. TRUST ME….THIS CHICKEN IS DELICIOUS!!! .
I served mine with a baby arugula salad…yum:-)

When you say clove buds, are you referring to regular cloves, like the ones used in hams.
