- 2 cups uncooked quinoa(soaked for 30 minutes,rinsed and cooked in 4 cups of water)
- 1/2 cup uncooked lentils(rinsed and boiled for 25-30 minutes then cooled)
- 1 cup dry cranberries
- 1/4cup olive oil (heated )
- 1 large onion(chopped then caramelized in the hot olive oil, then cooled)
- 1tsp sea salt
- 1tsp turmeric
- 1/4tsp cayenne
Combine all and enjoy warm or cold
