- 2 cups Coconut milk
- 1/2 cup Chia Seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tbsp coco powder
- 1tbsp honey
Put in Blender and blend until well mixed. (about 1 min)
Chill for at least 10 min and you are good to go!
P.S. At our house, Chia seeds got nicknamed “pudding seeds” by the kids and mamma has not problem with that. They make their way into breakfast, lunch, dinner and desert. 🙂
