Cashew Bread (gluten free)

 

2 cups – raw cashews
1 tbsp – coconut oil
5 – eggs
1 tbsp – apple cider vinegar
1 tsp – honey
1/4 tsp – sea salt
3/4 tsp – baking soda
– in a food processor, pulse cashews and eggs until smooth.
– add vinegar, honey and oil
– add baking soda and sea salt
Plus until all is blended
Pour batter into greased loaf pan and bake @350 deg f for 40 min
Cool and enjoy
