Brazilian Cheese Rolls



  • 1 egg (room temp)
  • 1/3 cup grape seed oil
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1-1/2 cups tapioca flour
  • 1/2 cup (packed) grated mozzarella cheese, or your preference
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt


1 Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease muffin tin and put all of the ingredients into a food processor and pulse until smooth. Fill each muffin tin about half full. This makes about 12 rolls

2 Bake in the oven for 18 minutes, or until puffy and just lightly browned. Remove from oven and let cool on a rack for a few minutes.
Eat while warm and Enjoy

P.S. We enjoyed ours with goat Italian soup.
