– 1 tbsp Coconut oil
– 1/4 tsp salt
– 1/2 yellow onion
– 2 shredded carrots
– 1 head green cabbage
Melt oil on medium heat and saute onions till golden brown, toss in the cabbage mixed with the carrots and add the salt.
Cook for about three min and enjoy.
We generally pair this with brown rice, steamed Japanese sweet potato and a squeeze of lime.
