Our Kitchen


Lunch salad
-Baby kale
-Baby spinach
-Tumeric roasted chickpeas(usually roast them for our family’s favorite snack) and keep them in the refrigerator
-Extra virgin olive oil(good drizzle)
-Dash of sea salt

This salad is to die for.Seriously,my two babies scuffed down on this staff at lunch and figured this was a combination of goodness to share……i really don’t consider it a recipe bse you can add other things too like ;roasted sweet potato,roasted butternut squash,pumpkin seeds,cherry tomatoes….you name it.just a hurricane on your plate with lots of good nutrients.
