  • 1 bunch dandelion greens
  • 2 bunches Swiss chard
  • 3 very ripe Roma tomatoes
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 1tsp paprika
  • 1tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 2tbs olive oil


  • Cut and thoroughly wash the greens
  • In a good size pan heat up oil and then add onion till well caramelized
  • Add the tomatoes and cook until soft,then add the paprika ,turmeric and salt
  • Add the greens and cook for about 10-15 min or till they are good and tender
