INGREDIENTS
- 1 bunch dandelion greens
- 2 bunches Swiss chard
- 3 very ripe Roma tomatoes
- 1 yellow onion
- 1tsp paprika
- 1tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 2tbs olive oil
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
- Cut and thoroughly wash the greens
- In a good size pan heat up oil and then add onion till well caramelized
- Add the tomatoes and cook until soft,then add the paprika ,turmeric and salt
- Add the greens and cook for about 10-15 min or till they are good and tender
