Blueberry and Cream Cheese stuffed French Toast
1 loaf French bread,sliced and cubed
2 8-oz.packages cream cheese,cubed
1 cup blueberries
1/2cup maple syrup
2 cups milk
-Preheat oven to 350.
-Grease good size baking pan.
-Place half of the bread cubes evenely in pan.
-Scatter cream cheese cubes on top and sprinkle with blueberries.
-Arrange remaining half of the bread cubes on top.
-Combine eggs,maple syrup and milk and then pour the liquid mixture over the bread mixture in the pan.
-Cover with foil and chill overnight.
-Bake covered for 3o minutes,then uncover and bake for 30 more minutes until puffed and golden browned.
-Serve with honey or fresh fruit syrup
