Leftover Mashed Potato Onion Bread

Potato Onion Bread
3/4 cups hot water (115-125 degrees F.)
3 Tbs. Grape Seed Oil
2 Large eggs
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
2/3 cup mashed potatoes
3 Tbs. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
4 cups bread flour
1-1/2 Tsp. bread machine yeast

Measure and add liquid ingredients to the bread pan.  Measure and add dry ingredient (except yeast) to the bread pan.  Form a shallow well in the flour in the center of the pan to place the yeast.  Measure the yeast and carefully pour it into the well. Turn on bread maker and select the Super Rapid Bake(Under 2hrs), Select 2lbs loaf and desired color (We like medium). Press start.
