- 2lb bag of fingerling potates, washed dried and cut in half.
- 2Tbsp of good Extra virgin olive oil.
- 1/2Tsp Turmeric
- 1/4Tsp Salt
Tossed togeather and bake at 400 Deg F for 25min
- Tilapia fillets, rinsed and patted dry
- Olive Oil
- Salt and pepper
Place Tilapia in smal sheet of foil and drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Wrap each fillet and bake at 400 Deg F for 15min
Serve with a salad of your choice.
