Turmeric roasted fingerling potatoes with Tilapia and Salad.

Turmeric roasted fingerling potatoes
  • 2lb bag of fingerling potates, washed dried and cut in half.
  • 2Tbsp of good Extra virgin olive oil.
  • 1/2Tsp Turmeric
  • 1/4Tsp Salt

Tossed togeather and bake at 400 Deg F for 25min

Tilapia

  • Tilapia fillets, rinsed and patted dry
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt and pepper

Place Tilapia in smal sheet of foil and drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper.
Wrap each fillet and bake at 400 Deg F for 15min

Serve with a salad of your choice.
