This has become one of our favorite family recipes that i found on the Internet and changed for our liking. This loaf does not last more than a few days around my husband and kids. it did not last an hour at my husbands office the other day.
Try it for your self and see what you think. Comment below and let me know.

- 1/2tsp sea salt
- 1/2tsp baking soda
- 1/2tsp baking powder
- 1tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2tsp all spice
- 1 egg
- 1/3cup avocado oil (Place to Buy Avocado oil, A little about Avocado Oil)
- 1/3cup unsweetened apple sauce
- 2tbs plain yogurt
- 3/4cup cane sugar (Place to buy natural cane sugar)
- 2tsp vanilla extract
- 1cup grated zucchini
Preheat oven to 325°F. Spray an 8-inch loaf pan with natural cooking spray and set aside.
In a large bowl, sift together flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and all spice. In a separate bowl, whisk together egg, oil, applesauce, yogurt, sugar and vanilla. Add flour mixture and stir until well combined. Fold in zucchini and then transfer batter to prepared pan and bake until risen, deep golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean, 50 to 60 minutes.
Cool in pan on rack for 30 minutes then remove bread from pan and continue cooling on rack.
P.S. I’ll add some pictures in the next few days.
